How long will it take to get my order?

Every item I create is made specifically for the person it was ordered for. I do not offer ready-to-ship items usually but, if I do, they will include "RTS" in the product title. My turn-around time is typically 14-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have a "need by" date for your order, please contact me to see if I can accommodate a faster turn-around time. 

What does "Rush My Order" do?

This add-on option guarantees that your order will ship 7 business days after your order has been placed, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please send a message to discuss specific timelines before ordering.

How does shipping work?

During checkout you will see an option for "Standard." This shipping method is for USPS First Class Mail and also includes free shipping for orders over $50 (U.S. only). There are also options for USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS Ground. Delivery estimates are estimations and are not guaranteed. If you need a fast shipping method please contact us before placing your order. 

Can I return my order?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions that you:
